An Act to ratify and confirm the Provifional Articles of Agreement entered into by the refpective Com-
miffioners of this Province and of Upper Canada, at Montreal, on the fifth day of July, one thoufand
eight hundred and four, relative to Duties, and for carrying the fame into effect; and alfo further to
continue an Act passed in the thirty feventh year of his Majefty's Reign.

An Act further to continue for a limited time, an Act pafled in the thirty fixth year of his Majesty's
Reign, intituled. "An Act for making a temporary provision for the regulation of trade between this Pro-
vince and the United States of America, by land or inland navigation.

An Act further to continue, for a limited time, an Act paffed in the forty third year of his Majesty's
Reign, intituled, • An Act for establishing Regulations refpecting Aliens and certain Subjects of his Ma.
jefty, who have refided in France, coming into this Province or refiding therein."

An Act for the Relief of the Poor in the loan of Seed Wheat, Corn and other necessary Grain.

An Act for applying the Sum of One Thoufand Pounds, out of any unappropriated monies in the hands
of his Majesty's Receiver General, towards the improvement of the inland navigation of this Pro-

vince.

An Act for applying certain Sums of Money therein mentioned, to complete the Bridge over the River
Jacques Cartier, and to open and improve the road leading towards the laid Bridge.

An Act to continue, for a limited time, the powers granted to certain Commiffioners, by an Act, intitu
led, "An Act for removing the old Walls and Fortifications that Jurround the City of Montreal, and other-
wife to provide for the falubrity, convenience and embellishment of the faid City," and for extending the
faid powers, in certain cafes,

An Act for the appointment of an Infpector and Meafurers of Scows and Rafts, and for regulating the
Pilots or Conductors thereof, between Chateauguay and the City of Montreal.

An Act to prohibit the fale of Goods, Wares and Merchandife, Wine, Spirits and other Strong Liquors,
on Sundays.

An Act to establish a Toll or Turnpike, for improving and repairing the Road, from the City of Montre-
al to La Chine, tbrough the Wood.

An Act for the better Regulation of Pilots and Shipping in the Port of Quebec, and in the Harbours of
Quebec and Montreal, and for improving the Navigation of the River St. Lawrence, and for establish-
ing a Fund for decayed Pilots, their Widows and Children.

An Act to provide for the erecting of a common Gaol in each of the Districts of Quebec and Montreal,
refpectively, and the means for defraying the expences thereof.
