About the author (2010)

Matt Gordon earned his BS in Economics and MBA from Wharton and NYU, prior to giving a year of service in VISTA. After a successful 25- year career in “Corporate America” that included Heinz, Revlon and Gillette, Matt decided if he had to work for a demanding boss, “better the devil you know.” He is currently President and founder of ESCP, an executive search and consulting firm, reporting directly to himself.
