VIEW OF OUR PRESENT CHALLENGES AND IMPORTANCE OF USING OUR CONSTRAINED RESOURCES TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT, IT IS JOB TO ENSURE THAT THE OFFICERS, NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS, SOLDIERS ARE THE BEST THIS COUNTRY CAN OFFER.
