Perfect for New Vegans

This was my first vegan cookbook 15 years ago. It was the perfect cookbook for a beginning vegan. Most of my recipes now build on what I learned in this book including making homemade seitan and a vegan chicken noodle soup that my family adores. Very informative. A mustbuy. Read full review
