excepting also from such repeal the seventh section of the act, entitled "An act supplementary to the act, entitled "An act in addition to and amending the several acts in relation to the salt springs in the county of Onondaga," passed April 12th, 1822, and excepting also from such repeal the nineteenth section of the act, entitled "An act in addition to and amending the several acts in relation to the salt springs in the county of Onondaga," passed April 3, 1821. LIX. And be it further enacted, That it shall not be lawful for Factori■ of any person to erect any manufactory of fine salt upon any part of fine salt pro the said reservation, other than upon such parts as are by the provisions of this act expressly authorised to be built upon, nor shall the limits of the fine salt manufactories be extended any further than by this act they are extended, until all the vacant lots within the present limits shall be fully occupied with such manufactories, unless by the consent of the said superintendent, inspector and engineer, or a majority of them, in writing. hibited |
