Dimensions: Height: 103 feet above streambed, 146 feet above excavation. Crest length: 2,603 feet. Crest elevation: 3137.5. Volume: 1,600,000 cubic yards. Slopes: Upstream, 4 to 1 to 23.7-foot berm at elevation 3070, 3 to 1 to elevation 3115, and 2-1/2 to 1 to 30 foot crest at elevation 3137.5. Downstream, 4 to 1 to 10-foot berm at elevation 3066.5, 2-1/2 to 1 to 10-foot berm at elevation 3091.5, 2-1/2 to 1 to 10-foot berm at elevation 3117, and 2 to 1 to crest. Cutoff trench: 30-foot bottom width with 1-1/2 to 1 side slopes. Greatest depth of excavation: 43 feet. Dike Type: Rolled earthfill and rockfill. Foundation: Loess.
