So much of an Act passed in the Fifty fifth Year of the Reign of King George the Third, intituled An Act to increase the Drawbacks and Countervailing Duties on Tobacco; and to limit the Tonnage of Ships in which Wine may be exported when Duties are drawn back, as relates to the Revenue of Customs;-and also,

An Act passed in the First Year of the Reign of His pre- 1 G.4. c.7. sent Majesty, intituled An Act to repeal so much of several Acts, as requires Bonds to be given to His Majesty in certain Cases, and the taking of certain Oaths in Matters relating to the Revenue of Customs, and to prevent Fees being offered or given to Officers or other Persons in the Service of the Customs; and also,
