HINMAN LODGE, NO. 107,

OFFICERS AND BROTHERS.-At this Session of the R. W. Grand Lodge, among other proceedings, the following was had, viz.:

"The Committee of Supervision of Laws of Subordinates, to whom was referred the Constitution and By-Laws of 'Hinman Lodge, No. 107,' submitted the following resolution, which was adopted.

"Resolved, That the By-Laws of 'Hinman
Lodge, No. 107,' be and are hereby approved."

From the Minutes of the R. W. G. L. of the S. of N. Y., at its session, held Nov. 1843.

“P. G. Hale, of No. 68, moved that the rule be suspended, to permit him to introduce a preamble and resolutions relative to the death of Robinson S. Hinman, G. Master of the Grand Lodge of Connecticut, which motion prevailed.

P. G. Hale, of No. 68, then presented the following:

Whereas, It has pleased the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, the Grand Master over all, to remove from the sphere of his usefulness amongst us, our R. W. and much beloved brother, ROBINSON S. HINMAN, Grand Master of the I. O. of 0. F. of the State of Connecticut, Past Grand Patriarch of the Grand Encampment of that State, and a Representative to the Grand Lodge of the United States-and

Whereas, His untiring efforts to advance the interests, and sustain the dignity of the Order, demand an expression of grateful remembrance from this R. W. body, while his distinguished
