county of Otsego to raise by tax upon the taxable property of the town of Otsego, in said county, the sum of four thousand five hundred and thirty dollars and fifty cents, to be appropriated to pay the damage and cost of altering and widening a public highway or street in the village of Cooperstown, in said town of Otsego.
