The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: § 1. There shall be a law library for the fourth judicial dis- Location trict located at such place as a majority of the justices of said district shall appoint, which shall be known as the law library of the fourth judicial district; and until the majority of said justices shall otherwise determine, it shall be located in the city of Schenectady. $ 2.
