This is a unique old book that presents a novel exercise program - exercising in bed! The author was a physical wreck at 50, but after developing this program, he regained his health and youthful energy and appearance. It is claimed that at 70 he had erased all wrinkles from his face. Some of the exercises involve massaging the face, muscles, the thyroid, and the liver. Someone posted on another site that possibly the exercises cause the body to produce hormones which can actually reverse the aging process. I have tried the exercises and certainly felt rejuvenated. I don't know if this program will work for everyone, but it is certainly an interesting old book with an interesting message!
