I enjoyed this book, it was very informative and you can see the passion the author has for the subject through his writings. I was able to understand and follow what he was talking about. I definitely will be avoiding antibiotics and medications as much as I can and I will gladly spend more time outside knowing it’s helping my immune system :) One thing I found discouraging was the complete lifestyle change I cannot afford to make at this point in time. He suggests switching to shopping for items you can mostly only find at organic food stores and health food stores, which is just not practical for my location or financial situation. I still recommend this book as it is very informative and “eye opening” as to the importance of bacteria for our health and our loved ones health.

good book, one must read. modern life style has over sensitized people for cleanliness. leaving and mixing with mother earth is essential. few microbes entering body gives us immunity not disease.
