About the author (2001)

Jennifer is the originator and program editor on all of the Hands-On series. She is completing her PhD in educational leadership at the University of Manitoba, and teaching in the Faculty of Education. She is a former classroom teacher, resource/special education teacher, consultant, and principal. She lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with her husband, Barry, and sons, Devon and Jeremy.
