"from the ports of Quebec and Montreal," and a certain other Act passed in the fourth year of His late Majesty's Reign, chapter twenty-three, intituled," An Act to "extend the provisions of a certain Act therein mentioned relating to the Inspec"tion of Fish and Oil, intended for exportation," as revived and continued by a certain other Act passed in the second year of His Majesty's Reign, chapter four, intituled, "An Act to revive and continue for a limited time two certain Acts there"in mentioned relating to the Inspection of Fish and Oil, intended for exporta"tion," which Acts would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall be and continue in force, until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

V. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that a certain other Act passed in the seventh year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter three, inti. tuled, "An Act more effectually to provide for the maintenance of good order in "Churches, Chapels, and other places of Public Worship, and for other purposes "therein mentioned," which Act would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force, until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

VI. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that a certain other Act passed in the seventh year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter, eleventh, intituled, "An Act to provide regulations concerning the Beaches and Landing "Places in Quebec," as amended and continued by a certain other Act passed in the second year of His Majesty's Reign, chapter nine, intituled, "An Act to conti"nue for a limited time and to amend, "An Act passed in the seventh year of "His Majesty's Reign, intituled, " An Act to provide regulations concerning the "Beaches or Strands and Landing Places in Quebec," which Acts would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force, until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty..six, and no longer.

And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that a certain other cap. 7, conti- Act passed in the ninth year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter seven, intituled, "An Act further to regulate persons who keep Houses of Public Entertain_ "ment and retail spirituous liquors, and for other purposes," as amended and continued by a certain Act passed in the first year of His Majesty's Reign,chapter nine, intituled, "An Act to amend and continue for a limited time a certain Act passed "in the ninth year of the Reign of His late Majesty, intituled, "An Act further "to regulate persons who keep Houses of Public Entertainment and retail spiri"tuous liquors, and for other purposes," as the same are further amended by a certain other Act made and passed in the second year of His Majesty's Reign, chapter nineteen, intituled, "An Act to amend a certain Act passed in the first year "of His Majesty's Reign, for regulating Tavern Keepers," which would otherwise

V. Et qu'il soit de plus statué par l'autorité susdite, qu'un certain autre Acte passé dans la septième Année du Règne de George Quatre, Chapitre trois, intitulé, "Acte pour pourvoir plus efficacement au maintien du bon ordre dans les Eglises "et Chapelles, et autres Places de culte publique, et pour d'autres objets y men"tionnés," et qui doit expirer le premier Mai prochain, continuera d'être en force jusqu'au premier Mai, Mil-huit-cent-trente-six, et pas plus longtems.

VI. Et qu'il soit de plus statué par l'autorité susdite, qu'un certain autre Acte passé dans la septième Année du Règne de George Quatre, Chapitre onze, intitulé," "Acte pour pourvoir à des Réglemens concernant les Grèves et Places de Débarquement dans Québec," tel qu'amendé et continué par un certain autre Acte passé dans la seconde Année du Règne de Sa Majesté, Chapitre neuf, intitulé, "Acte pour continuer pour un tems limité, et amender un Acte passé dans la septième Année du Règne de Feu Sa Majesté, intitulé, "Acte pour pourvoir à "des Réglemens concernant les Grèves et Places de Débarquement dans Québec," et qui doivent expirer le premier Mai prochain, continueront d'être en force jusqu'au premier Mai, Mil-huit-cent-trente-six, et pas plus longtems.

Act passed in the ninth year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter sixteen, intituled, "An Act to increase the number of assessors for the cities of Quebec and "Montreal," which would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

IX. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that another certain Act passed in the ninth year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter twenty, intituled, "An Act to provide for the more effectual extinction of Secret Incum "brances on Lands, than was heretofore in use in this Province," the duration of which is limited to the first day of May next, and thence until the end of the then next Session, shall continue to be in force until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

X. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that another certain Act passed in the ninth year of the Reign of George the Fourth, chapter fifty-one, intituled, "An Act for the preservation of the Salmon fisheries in the Counties of "Cornwallis and Northumberland," which would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

XI. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that a certain other Act passed in the tenth and eleventh years of the Reign of George the Fourth, chap. ter three, intituled, "An Act to provide for the better defence of the Province, and "to regulate the Militia thereof," which would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

XII. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that another certain Act passed in the first year of the Reign of His Majesty William the Fourth, chapter two, intituled, "An Act to facilitate the admimistration of Justice respecting Enquetes in Civil Matters, before the Court of King's Bench, for the Districts of Que"bec, Montreal and Three Rivers, and Inferior District of Saint Francis," which would otherwise expire on the first day of May next, shall continue to be in force until the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, and no longer.

Et qu'il soit de plus statué par l'autorité susdite, qu'un certain autre Acte passé dans la neuvième Année du Règne de George Quatre, Chapitre cinquanteet-un, intitulé, "Acte pour la conservation de la Pêche au Saumon dans les "Comtés de Cornwallis et Northumberland," qui doit expirer au premier Mai prochain, continuera d'être en force jusqu'au premier Mai, Mil-huit-cent-trente-six, et pas plus longtems.
