It may be well to state that for the last two years the Secretary, in order to advertise the meetings extensively, has sent out annually programmes to more than 400 daily papers. REPORT OF THE PUBLICATION COMMITTEE. The Committee had printed and bound just 1,000 copies of the Proceedings of the Association at Baltimore in 1876, at a cost of $1,006.88. These volumes were placed in the custody of J. ORMOND WILSON, the Treasurer of the Association, for distribution to members and for sale. The price fixed upon for a single copy sent postpaid by mail was $2, and the price for lots of five or more, sent at the expense of the purchaser, $1.25 each.
