Justice is doing fairness. Utilitarianism alone cannot validate justice. Justice is a notion which limit to design an office power, rights and duties but not to the actions of person. Justice is one of the qualities of institutions. The purpose of justice is to lessen the discrimination in certain professions and balance the conflicting arguments. A justice cannot be absolute but it can provide a framework in a certain field. Each person participating in a practice has to do justice not only to the people attached t o that office but the goal should be gain for common masses.
Second principle is the allowance of some inequality for certain people on rational basis which can result gain to all parties involve.
According to Rawls the way in which a complaint should be solved should be formulize first before herring o the complaints.
