2. U. S. v. Dairymen's Association, Ltd., et al.-Indictment returned October 8, 1937, in the District Court for the District of Hawaii. On December 13, 1937, all defendants, except one, entered pleas of nolo contendere and the court imposed fines aggregating $4,500. The indictment was dismissed as to the remaining defendant. 3. U. S. v. Guy H. Hulse et al.-Information filed April 5, 1935, in the District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, charging criminal contempt of court in violating the decree entered on October 6, 1933, in U. S. v. National Retail Credit Association, et al. On May 6, 1936, pleas of guilty were entered, and fines aggregating $4,000 were imposed against 10 defendants. The case was dismissed as to five defendants. 4. U. S. v. Kansas City Ice Co., et al.-Petition filed June 5, 1934, in the District Court for the Western District of Missouri. On the same date a consent decree was entered against all except four defendants. On November 26, 1934, a supplemental consent decree was entered against two defendants, and the case was dismissed as to the remaining two defendants. 5. U. S. v. Lockwood & Winant et al.-Indictment returned February 5, 1934, in the District Court for the Southern District of New York. Pleas of nolo contendere were entered. Textile Refinishers Association, Inc., et al.-Petition filed May 1, 1936, in the District Court for the Southern District of New York. On the same date a consent decree was entered. 15. U. S. v. Union Pacific Produce Co. et al.-Indictment returned April 7, 1933, in the District Court for the Southern District of New York. On June 7, 1937, before opening of third trial (jury disagreed at two previous trials), the court accepted pleas of guilty from all defendants as to counts 1 and 2 of indictment and dismissed as to counts 3 and 4. On July 6, 1937, a fine of $1,000 was imposed on the company, sentences of 6 months were imposed on each of two individual defendants, and two defendants were placed on probation for 5 years. 16. U. After a trial lasting 5 weeks, on November 11, 1935, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty as to all but one individual defendant, as to whom a severance was granted.
