L. 1885, Ch. 286. First sentence of § 3 was incorporated in The Public Lands Law (L. 1894, Ch. 317, § 92, ¶ 2). The remainder of section consolidated in Public Lands Law, & 92, § 2. Sections 1, 2, 4-6 amended "so as to read as follows."
