Capital Projects Fund

Lands and Forests Purpose

For payment of the state share of the
costs of land preservation and improve-
ment projects, including the payment of
liabilities incurred prior to April one,
nineteen hundred eighty-five, in accord-
ance with the provisions of title seven
of article fifty-one of the environmen-
tal conservation law, as amended, for
projects included in the following sche-
dule, including costs incidental and ap-
purtenant thereto, hereinafter referred
to as "Land Preservation and Improvement
Disbursements. 11
Notwithstanding the provisions of any gen-
eral or special law, the moneys hereby
appropriated shall be available for land
preservation and
and improvement expendi-
tures for approved land preservation and
improvement projects in accordance with
section 51-0703 of the environmental
conservation law upon the issuance of a
certificate of approval of availability
by the director of the division of the
budget.
