The present edition also contains the Code of 1878 as to Parliamentary Grants, the Orders of the Education Department as to Applications for and the Elections of School Boards, the Order as to School Board Accounts with the Explanatory Instructions recently issued, the Model Form of Bye-laws, and several of the more important Circular Letters of the Education Department.
