4047. Every person, who shall wilfully or knowingly sell any article under the pretence that it is a particular drug or medicine which it is not in fact, shall be subjected to a fine of twenty-five dollars and costs. 48 V., c. 36, s. 32.

4048. Every person, who neglects to furnish the information to the registrar required by article 4031, shall incur a penalty of five dollars and costs. 48 V., c. 36, s. 33.

§ 3.-Annual Contribution by Members.

4057. All members of the Dental Association of the Province of Quebec shall, on or before the third day of September, in each year, pay to the treasurer a fee of two dollars. 49-50 V., c. 36, s. 1.

4.-Board of Examiners.

4058. The affairs of the association are administered and

4060. The election of the board of examiners is by ballot, by the members qualified to vote at the general meeting held on the third Wednesday of September, every three years from the meeting to be held at the end of the present triennial term ; and if such day be a holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next following juridical day.

The persons qualified to vote are all the members of the association, who have the right to practise dental surgery, under this section, and who have paid to the treasurer all dues and

arrears.

If, for any reason, the election cannot take place on the day stated, it may take place at any adjournment of the said meeting, provided that at such adjourned meeting there are not less than ten members present; and if there are not ten members present, the secretary shall call a new meeting by giving notice during one month in the Quebec Official Gazette. 46 V., c. 34,

4061. In addition to being disqualified from voting under the preceding article, any member of the association who neglects to pay his dues and fees in arrear, after thirty days' notice sent by the secretary of the association to such member, by registered letter, may be sued for such dues and fees before any civil court of competent jurisdiction. 49-50 V., c. 36, s. 2.
