boys are required to report once a month for a year. Corresponded with and visited.

Bound out as apprentices, dismissed to parents on probation, and supervision had of them during minority. Homes are secured for those who have none of their own.

Some boys indentured during minority and some released on probation; the latter are required to report in writing every three months until finally discharged. Boys are required to report half yearly and are visited to see if properly employed and cared for. Homes are provided.
