STATEMENT UNDER RULE 234

This is an appeal to the Appellate Division, Third Department, from the award and decision of the State Industrial Board made in the office of said Board on the 21st day of August, 1939, notice of which is dated September 13, 1939, the same being entered in the office on the 13th day of September, 1939, and from each and every part of said award and decision; and from the award and decision, notice of which is dated October 18, 1939, in which the majority of the Board members confirmed the previous decision filed on September 13, 1939.
