Statement under Rule 234

Proceedings were commenced by the filing of the employer's first report of the alleged injury dated November 14, 1932.

When the appeal of the claimant-respondent was heard in the Appellate Division, the Appellate Division reversed the same and remitted the case back to the State Industrial Board for further proceedings. The decision of the Appellate Division handed down on March 22, 1939, and order thereon, will be found in this Supplemental Record.

A decision was handed down by James A. Corcoran, member Industrial Board, dated August 21, 1939, and the order or decision of the State Industrial Board, dated Sept. 13, 1939, will be found in this record.
