This is the worst book i have ever read in my life and i hope the writers die from being malnourished. I'm serious, this book is awful, go kill yourselves writers.

Spent years and years saying I didn't care about all of the health nonsense and would eat steaks and chicken and cheese and oh how I loved ice cream!
This opened my eyes after picking it up on a
recommendation from my sister who is veggie rather than vegan. My husband and I have been vegan for 6 months and have both never felt better nor looked better. Much of the change to how we feel is intangible to anyone beside ourselves- we have more energy our digestive systems work better, my asthma (which I have had FOREVER) is gone and this year I got through my first summer in ten years without any hayfever medication. There have been countless other improvements and I am just so pleased that reading the book encouraged me to try the lifestyle change - "just to see!".
I can't recommend it highly enough.

think before you judge, please.
I'm genuinely offended by reviewers who, rather than comment on the quality of the book, chose to criticize and disrespect those of us who choose to eat vegan or
vegetarian. Holding negative beliefs about a vegan diet are, of course, a person's right. However, when such beliefs are expressed in a dismissive and disrespectful way as they were here, it becomes a personal attack on an entire group of people. Thankfully, most of us will simply roll our eyes at yet another ignorant rant.

I love this book. It's a huge slap in the face. I believe it's flat out facts--the straight truth. You are left to make your daily decisions with the info you've read. I have altered my lifestyle and daily diet because of this book, eliminating some things (that are all so not necessary) and making others (that are just too hard to give up) highly limited. --THANK YOU Rory & Kim!

If you're looking for a book to just help you through dieting and lifestyle changes - whether it's to lose weight or just be healthy - I'd say you're better off reading something like The Spark! This didn't make me want to continue on a journey, this made me just want to stop eating again.

This book is not for the faint of heart! These ladies are funny about a very serious topic. Do not read this book if you are not ready to make a lifestyle change. It won't be easy. I read this book and have already made the changes I need to make. AND it's entertaining. Great purchase.
