A Further Supplement To the act entitled "An act to alter the judiciary system of this SECT. 1. BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre sentatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the Act of 11th same, That so much of the act passed the eleventh of March, April, 1809, one thousand eight hundred and nine, entitled "A further abolishing supplement to an act, entitled An act to alter the judiciary the circuit system of this commonwealth," as abolishes the circuit courts, courts re and prohibits the judges of the supreme court from removing pealed. causes from the county courts, be and the same is hereby repealed; and the said circuit courts shall be and are hereby restored, with the same powers and jurisdictions, and under the same regulations as they existed at the passage of the last named act, and it shall be the duty of the judges of the supreme court, to hold a circuit court in each county in this commonwealth, at least once in every year, at such times as the judges shall appoint: Provided, That in such county, Provise; Acts relating to circuit Courts, &c. declared in full force. Proviso. there shall be causes at issue and undetermined in the c cuit court. SECT. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority afora That the several acts of assembly, and parts of acts respe ing said circuit courts, which were in force at or immedia before the passing of said act of eleventh of March, one tim sand eight hundred and nine, be and the same are here declared to be in full force and virtue as it the same weren enacted section by section, or paragraph by paragraph: Pr vided, That actions now pending in the courts of comme pleas, special and district courts, may be removed into the circuit courts, at any time within one year from the date a 2d provisq, this act: And provided further, That the ninth tenth a eleventh sections of the act of the first day of March, on thousand eight hundred and twenty-five, entitled "An act # establish the district court for the city and county of Phil delphia," be and the same are hereby repealed, and the jurisdiction of the supreme court within the city and county of Philadelphia, is hereby restored as fully and effectually as it was immediately before the passing of the said act.
