Murder by Poison.

D., by mixing a large quantity of a certain deadly poison, called white arsenic, with a certain quantity of beer, which the said C. D. was then about to drink, and which the said C. D. then and there did drink; by means whereof he the said C. D. then and there became sick, and of the said poison so drunk by the said C. D., and of the the sickness occasioned thereby, then and there died. And you said keeper" &c. as ante, p. 19, to the end.

Levelling a Pistol at a Person, with intent to Murder. Stabbing, with intent to Murder.

Administering Drugs, &c. to procure Abortion, the Woman being quick with Child.

Of a Woman for the Murder of her bastard Child.

Concealing the Birth of a Child.
