WOOD, Treasurer of the Schenectady and Utica Railroad Company, being sworn, deposes and says, that the statements in the annexed report, which has been signed by him at the end thereof, are true and correct, according to the best of his knowledge, information and belief. No portion of the road has been constructed, and no superintendent has been appointed. The length of said road is about seventy-eight miles.
