The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows:

1872.

March 23. Daniel Shannahan, track foreman, had his shoulder and hand injured by snow plow.

June 13. James Doyle, brakeman, had his hand crushed in coupling cars in Oswego yard.

July 31. Samuel Taylor, a farmer, was slightly injured by train while crossing track in Oswego yard.

August 2. Thomas Law was run over by a coal train and instantly killed in Oswego tunnel, which he entered under the influence of liquor, and is supposed to have fallen upon the track in an insensible condition. September 16. Michael Sheedy, brakeman, had his hand crushed in coupling cars in Oswego yard.
