GEORGE J. MAGEE, Vice-President of the Blossburgh and Corning Railroad Company, being duly sworn, deposes and says, that the statements in the annexed report, which has been signed by him at the end thereof, are true and correct, according to the best of his knowledge, information and belief. This road was purchased after it was built. Its total cost can only be given as in previous reports, viz.: $582,346.00. The Fall Brook Coal Company, the lessees of the road, furnish and own all the engines, cars, etc., used in operating and running the road. This railroad has been leased for a term of years, for a specified rental, to the Fall Brook Coal Company, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania, who have operated and kept the road in repairs for the last year, therefore we have no means of making report in detail.
