A motion was then made by Mr. Frailey and Mr. Reed, Further to amend said report by striking from the item which relates to Mr. Welles, 96 days, and inserting 99 days,' and to make 444 dollars' read 456 dollars;' which was agreed to.

It was determined in the affirmative.
