Mr. Hopkins presented a petition from sundry inhabitants of Lancaster and York counties, praying a repeal of certain provisions contained in the act of the last legislature relative to fisheries in the river Susquehanna; and Said petition was read and referred to the committee to whom a was referred on the 1st inst. a similar petition. Mr. Morgan presented a petition from sundry inhabitants of Clearfield county, praying that a further appropriation may be made to aid them in the completion of a road from the town of Indiana in Indiana county, to the state road leading from Milesburg to Presque-Isle; and Said petition was read and referred to Mr. Morgan, Mr. Beale and Mr. Shannon.
