Assistant bank commissioner (blue sky department) salary of not to exceed $2,000 per annum, said amount to be paid from the fees arising from the filing of statements and examination of investment companies, under the provisions of chapter 133, Laws of 1911, and all sums paid into the state treasury under the provisions of said chapter 133, and amendments thereto, during the fiscal years 1914 and 1915, are hereby reappropriated for the payment of said salaries and expenses provided for in said chapter..
