most of the population dont know what excatly is this fourth world because everyone is in need of rest of the three worlds so my request to world council of indigenous people is to propagate the idea of fourth world through out the globe to aware what happened to their cultures till now it should be seen as matter of urgency in india the famous icon br ambedkar strived hard for the identity of dalits because they are victims under the name of vulnerable caste in andhra pradesh the poet like joshuva has paved the way for dalits to represent their voice even in tamil nadu the writers like sivakami bama al of the striving very hard for theidr rights as human beings recently acharya nagarjuna university of india conducted a seminar on fourth worlds under tthe directions of dr rajasekhar patteti which can give a clear cut comparison between rest of the literatures of world the dalit students like me learn a lot about us still we are lack in information about ourselves such kindd of seminar should be conducted by governments because the future of those countries are lies in future of indigenous tribes.
