Excellent insight into the many factors causing obesity leading to T2 Diabetes, what to eat and when to eat for effective weight loss. . Highly recommended for those who want to understand the science behind the problem. I also recommend Dr Fung’s book on A Complete Guide to Fasting which delves further into the “How” if managing weight loss and obesity which also includes successful case studies of T2DM reversal.
