This book is deep, and shows the evolution of the human being, as he/she reclaim the power hidden within. After years/decades of suffering we seem to be lost in our emotional roller-coaster, that we feel lost about the path to follow, and come out of suffering. This book offers pointers of that evolution, and use that as a self-referral as we make progress.
Though, I wish to say at this point, that a TRUE GURU is needed in life to provide you with Spiritual practice (in Sanskrit called SADHANA) to bring that healing to the body, mind and soul.
The spiritual practice and this book together make an excellent combination, to make and track our progress.
Also mind it, that the progress happens not over hours and days, but over years and decades. Need to have a LOT of patience for that. All the best! Om and Jai Guru Dev!
