I am a vegetarian but at one time I was a meat eater. Back then I was reluctant to give up meat. Overtime I was fortunate to see through the Barry Sears Method that it is possible to become a vegetarian using his basic method of how we should eat. It all has to do with balance which is the best and easiest way to know how to change your lifestyle. This little inexpensive book blazed my recovery from heart and diabetic condition. I highly recommend this book even if you are a meat eater.
