I enjoy this book and I recommend it to people who are exploring Animal Medicine / Totems.
I received this book as a birthday gift from an elder one year, and I always use it as a reference.
I shared it with a friend who never returned it, because they loved it so much. Ha! So, I bought another one.  

A very detailed animal medicine book. Recommend for people who already have a good understanding of animal medicine.

This book explains exactly what a Cherokee elder counseled with me about. I have always had a strong connection with nature, other persons say have stated an unusual closeness since I was a small girl.
