About the author (2013)

Adam Rex is an award-winning US author and illustrator. The True Meaning of Smekday is his first novel, but his brilliant picture book Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich is a New York Times bestseller. He is the illustrator of Neil Gaiman's wonderful new picture book, Chu's Day. He lives with his wife in Philadelphia, USA.
