Rick Rouse is Senior Pastor at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Phoenix, Arizona and teaches at Luther Seminary in the Doctor of Ministry program. He is the author of Fire of Grace: The Healing Power of Forgiveness (Augsburg Books, 2005), and serves as a church consultant and popular conference speaker Craig Van Gelder is Professor of Congregational Mission at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has written several books on transformational ministry including The Evangelizing Church: A Lutheran Contribution (Augsburg Fortress, 2005) with Rick Bliese
